Retrieve a delivery
A delivery with the event it carried and each attempt, from first to last. It only reads: to send it again use POST .../resend.
Your API key, which acts for the one business it was created for: fb_sandbox_… issues in sandbox, fb_test_… in test, the tax authority's testing service, and fb_live_… in live.

Each event sent to this endpoint, from newest to oldest, with each attempt.
Send a delivery again POST
Sends the same event again, as a new delivery; the previous one stays in the log. It carries the same `webhook-id`, so if you already processed it you can discard it as a duplicate.
