An issuer's logo
Public, without credentials, for the portal, the RIDE and emails. Its URL (logo.url, with v) changes with the logo, so it is cached forever; without v or with another version, only for a few seconds.

Asks the SRI for an invoice's access key and, if it authorized it, reads it: who issued it, to whom, its amounts and taxes. It lets you issue a withholding on it without retyping it. A `test` key asks the SRI's testing service and a `live` key its real one; the access key must belong to the same environment. The SRI only answers for documents from the last 60 days, and `sandbox` never asks it. Nothing is stored.
Upload the issuer's logo PUT
Replaces the previous logo. It appears on the issuer's portal, on the RIDE and in the emails to its customers. PNG or JPEG, up to 512 KB: the format is read from the file, not from its name.
