Verify a certificate without saving it

/v1/ec/entities/{id}/certificates/verify

Runs the same checks as the upload: the password opens the file, it belongs to the entity, its issuer is an accredited certification authority and it is valid. It saves nothing. It responds with what the certificate says; if anything fails, 422 with the reason in errors[].code of the certificate field.
