Look up a taxpayer at the SRI
Who an identification belongs to: the name and, for a RUC (or a cedula whose holder has a RUC), what the SRI records: status, regime, obligations and establishments. Use it to fill in a buyer or supplier from their identification. Responses are cached for 24 hours.
Your API key, which acts for the one business it was created for: fb_sandbox_… issues in sandbox, fb_test_… in test, the tax authority's testing service, and fb_live_… in live.

Runs the same checks as the upload: the password opens the file, it belongs to the entity, its issuer is an accredited certification authority and it is valid. It saves nothing. It responds with what the certificate says; if anything fails, `422` with the reason in `errors[].code` of the `certificate` field.
List an SRI table GET
The codes of one of the SRI's tables, each with the value the API takes, its SRI code and name, what it means and whether it is in force; the SRI's messages with what causes each and what to do. Search them with `q`, such as `q=efectivo` in `payment_methods` or `q=cerveza` in `ice`. The same for every caller and environment.
